Mariah White

Mariah came to yoga simply as a means to feel good, and to be challenged. She has since fallen in love with the way that yoga brings balance to our chaotic lives, offers challenges (both mental and physical), and just feels good.

Balance is exactly what you’ll find in her classes; she encourages her students to listen to themselves, and know that they are their own best teachers—the teacher at the front of the class is simply a guide.

Outside of yoga, she’s likely tearing down a local trail on foot or her mountain bike tailed by her perma-puppy, Suvi.
