Yetta Stein

Yetta is a long-time practitioner with time on her mat spanning 10 years. She's studied with Bailey Evans, Jennifer Smith, and Lisa Skaff, among others, helping her hone a robust at-home practice. In the studio, she brings intentional pranayama to playful flows, kindly tokened by her students as "Slow Power." In her class, you can expect funky music, light-hearted but alignment-focused movement, and (hopefully) a little joy.
